If you like Kate Kingsbury, like I do, here is a new one of hers that has never before been published. HERALD OF DEATH is a special Pennyfoot Hotel Mystery that will leave you shocked in horror at what the human mind can act upon. Thankfully, it is just between the pages of this great holiday read that will have you vacillating between disbelief and holiday cheer. The perfect book to grab, snuggle up next to the fireplace, and get lost in.

Is this a historical or present day novel? And would I be lost in reading out of order. The book sounding interesting.
Thanks for the thumb up, Kathy, I have this one on my to buy list. I do so enjoy this series!
Debora
I'm with Gloria, Kathy can we read this one if we haven't read the previous books in the series? I'm thinking it is a contemp in a English village perhaps? Maybe it is in ebook format and I can get it for my Christmas present that I can't wait to open (LOL)!
You can read this if you haven't read any of the others. It's almost as if she had a secret book stashed somewhere and brought it out to add to the series. They give enough inside scoop to other mysteries Cecily has been involved in that you will not feel lost at all. It has historical components to it, but could be any time frame read. Such as Cecily has a man that drives her around, she runs the bed and breakfast but her husband is also there to intervene. She is a neat heroine. :)
